The roulette law of third says that one 3rd of the numbers on the roulette wheel will not come out when all numbers have had an equal chance i.e you spin the roulette wheel 37 times well I agree with this I have found that around 13 numbers on average do not come out in 37 spins, so this means a certain amount of numbers from different dozens will not come out, you just do not know from which dozen.
What we want to do is be able to have mastered the probability of roulette so how do we do it, what we do is turn the probability on to our side by having as many of one dozen in a position where the probability of them coming up is small, how do we do it watch the roulette strategy video & find out.
